Treasure Days: What's New
Ready Set Indoor Treasure Hunt Clues for Children
If you've been thinking about setting up a Treasure Hunt for children, but have been put off by lack of time to work it all out, the the solution is here in our new party packs. The treasure hunt party packs are designed for maximum flexibility – you can use the clue sets just as they are for a quick treasure hunt (for example, getting your children to find their presents on Christmas morning). Or, for more of a full Treasure Hunt Game, use the supplied puzzles to go with each clue you hide. The players cannot go looking for the next clue until they have solved the simple puzzle with it.We also include in the pdf pack:
• Organiser's Guide
• Treasure Hunt Party Invitation Template
• Spare clue templates in case you have your own special clues to add in
• Winner's Banner to hide away at the finish

We're so pleased to now launch our brand new Oxford City Hunt. We've deliberately kept to the ancient city centre as we feel it's by far the most atmospheric for hunt purposes, starting at the Martyr's Memorial and finishing at Christ Church Cathedral (via Broad St, Catte St, Bath Place, The Turf Tavern, Bridge of Sighs, Radcliffe Camera, Merton Street and St Aldates).
High summer is also a fantastic time to visit the Falkland Arms in Great Tew, which is a tiny hamlet in Oxfordshire, one of our favourite places in the world, and also the final point of our Cotswold Treasure Hunt. The pub has won countless awards for various 'Best Pub' categories over the years, and we went to stay on its summer Beer festival weekend. Hog roast in the garden, sun shining, 20-odd real ales for Andrew to choose from – and to top it off a visit from the Charlbury Morris Men who stayed for ages and entertained us all in the most quintessentially eccentric English way!

As we enter our busiest period of the year at Treasuredays, I'm really pleased to announce the launch of our brand new ST PAUL'S & SECRET CITY TREASURE HUNT.
It's something we've really taken time over to try and get right, as there is almost a different medieval world behind the plate glass offices and giant institutions of the City of London. We take you via tiny passages, rich with history and the remains of guilds, monasteries and ancient gardens. Although this will be very useful for city workers looking for a good value after-work outing, I can honestly say it's just as fascinating done as a couple or small group at the weekend or Bank Holidays, when The City is quiet. After all, that's when we set it, and there's definitely something magical about having Ye Olde Cittie of London all to yourself!
Moving further upcountry, we have revised our COASTAL NORTH NORFOLK HUNT, making it slightly shorter. The start point is now Burnham Overy Staithe, heading through Holkham, Wells-Next-The-Sea, and Blakeney Quay. Lovely fun for summer weekends and long evenings by the sea.
Comic Relief Day came and went again, and we were delighted to sponsor the boys and girls at Coutts Entrepreneurs Division with a Strand & Embankment Hunt, where they raised a swift £350 for the Red Nose Fund (intrepid hunters pictured below, before and after finding some 'treasure' heh heh).
Coming soon: Mendips, Aldeburgh and Soho & Chinatown Hunts.
Wishing you all a wonderful long warm Summer and, if we believe the weathermen, Autumn too!
