What's New
What a blessed relief to finally have some warm sunny days now as Autumn draws on. I always find this time of year one of the loveliest for Treasure Hunting – particularly our Chilterns and Cotswolds Rural hunts, which are easily the equivalent of any New England trail for glorious Autumnal colour-bursts.
New hunts this month: two courtesy of our ‘oop North' associate, (the brilliant and beautiful Caroline Benzies) – CHESTER CITY – a real treat along the Roman City Walls – and LIVERPOOL – and we reckon we've squeezed all the good bits in! Starts at the waterfront, and runs a circular route covering all the best-known landmarks (including Mathew St, home of the legendary Cavern Club).
We also have a brand new DORCHESTER treasure hunt; Dorset's county town, with tons of medieval history, tranquil gardens, and naturally, lots of Thomas Hardy remembrances along the way.
And finally, we are very proud of our RICHMOND-UPON-THAMES – treasure hunt, which runs from the lush Georgian Square of Richmond Green, via the remains of the Tudor Richmond Palace, and finishing the trail alongside the River Thames, with plenty of pubs and cafes at the end for refreshments.
