Dublin is a lively city that is rich in history and literary associations, with many good restaurants as well as the pubs and the Guinness.  A great weekend destination.

Hunt starts at: Junction of O'Connell Street and Parnell Street
Hunt ends at: Dublin Castle, Cork Hill entrance.
Length of Hunt: c. 2-3 hrs at a medium pace (excluding optional refreshment / pub stops)

The hunt route starts on O'Connell Street (at the junction of Parnell Street), then heads towards the River Liffey.  Cross over the Halfpenny Bridge, and join the lively atmosphere in the Temple Bar area.  Wend your way through Temple Bar to the main entrance to Dublin Castle, and explore the grounds (no entry fee required).  Finish the hunt at the other gate on Cork Hill.
