Chester treasure hunt
An intriguing trip around a city steeped in Roman and Medieval history.
The Roman town of Chester is one of our country’s most fascinating gems. Its street plan was laid out almost 2000 years ago, it has the most complete city walls in Britain (most parts Grade 1 listed) and has the reputation of being the ‘English Medieval city par excellence’. Our route takes in all the best bits around the city wall and medieval centre.

Length of hunt: c. 2-3 hrs at a medium pace (excluding optional refreshment / pub stops)
