Birmingham Treasure Hunt
Our Birmingham Treasure Hunt explores the centre of Britain's exciting and vibrant second city.
The Birmingham treasure hunt starts & ends at the Bull Ring – an ancient market area which is now developed into a major commercial area. We head first into Victoria Square, considered to be the centre of Birmingham and containing some interesting sculpture. Also on the route are Chamberlain Square (home of the Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery), Centenary Square, Brindleyplace, Gas Street Basin, The Mailbox and the Cathedral. Check out the futuristic Selfridges Building, take in some culture in the museum and art gallery, or slow down the pace by the canal.
Birmingham Treasure Hunt Details
Hunt starts & ends at: The Bull Ring
Length of hunt: c. 2-3 hrs at a medium stroll (excluding optional refreshment / pub stops)
We like:
- getting away from the crowds in Birmingham Musuem & Art Gallery
- the cosmopolitan atmosphere around The Mailbox
- sitting for a while in a pub near the canal, watching the narrow boats
